1)      Protect yourself from the sun: - : - It is very vital to protect the sun from intense heat in summer. When going out in the sun, tie your eyes, head (brain) and ears with a handkerchief or scarf. Also, be sure to use goggles or a hat.

      Drink Plenty of water-  Summer heat causes dehydration. As a result, many suffer from dehydration. So drink plenty of water. Adding a pinch of salt to the water replenishes the salts lost by the sun. Exercise also increases the need and quantity of water. So drink more and more water as possible.



       Eat the right fruits- Eat naturally cooling fruits. Include cucumber, watermelon, melon, and kokum in the diet. Also, drink home-made syrup, curry leaves. Indian black berry is available in summer. Indian black berry contains antioxidants. It also decreases the risk of age-related illnesses.

Ea  Eat Leafy vegetables  -  Summer Leafy vegetables should be washed , chopped and cooked. also, if you want to change the taste, make some vegetable soup and drink it. This  helps the body get the right  amount of nutrients.

      Eat a balanced diet -  Since it is not possible to eat much in summer, eat mainly simple and fresh food. Avoid stale food, fish, or meat. It is beneficial to take a bowl of buttermilk or solkadi after meals.

      Get a good night's sleep -  Don't sleep in the afternoon in summer. Instead, set a time to go to bed and get up in the morning. Get in the habit of having a good sleep.
